The sleigh serves as the basis for the product. The axle assembly has been modified so that the sled can be easily and quickly converted for winter use with runners or summer use with a bogie axle. Replacing the axle requires removing and reattaching four bolts. Depending on the situation, the sled can be connected to a tow vehicle (snowmobile or ATV) using a traditional tow bar, an ATV adapter, or a tow ball.

The superstructure has been raised with higher side rails, which can be easily covered with a protective cover. Inside the protective cover, the patient is protected from the towing vehicle's exhaust fumes, dusty snow and debris, as well as branches and twigs. The cover has spacious windows with zippers at the ends and ventilation. Inside the utility sled is a Pensi-made quick-release stretcher, which is attached to its own lockable rack. The product also includes a CE-approved disaster bag.

We have tested the product with rescue service professionals in Central Finland, Pirkanmaa, and South Savo. The feedback has been very positive, and the product has sold well.
